CQ Health Hub
CQ Health Hub was established in 2024, founded by Emma, a dedicated Paediatric Nurse who recognised a growing need for personalised, compassionate support within the community. Drawing on her clinical experience and passion for helping individuals thrive beyond traditional healthcare settings, Emma began offering high-quality support work tailored to each participant’s needs.
In 2025, CQ Health Hub expanded its services to include nursing care, allowing us to provide a more holistic and responsive approach to support. This growth has enabled us to better meet the complex and evolving needs of our participants and their families.
We proudly opened our Yeppoon Hub as a safe and welcoming retreat for our clients — a space designed to foster connection, independence, and wellbeing. At the hub, participants can engage in activities such as baking, crafts, homework, or quiet relaxation. The space also provides access to a laptop and resources to support learning, goal development, and everyday skills.
